Warranty & Information

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

GUARANTEE

We certify that the DIVINE and GRANDEUR watches are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 2 YEARS from date of purchase.

Except GRANDEUR pocket watches, which are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 12 MONTHS from date of purchase.

Within this period regulation, adjustment, repair or replacement will be carried out without charge except in the case of damage caused by accident or lack of care.

This guarantee does not exclude any other statutory rights a consumer has under the trade practices act 1974.

CARE FOR YOUR WATCH

All adjustments and battery changes must be made through an authorised DIVINE WATCH stockist.

NOT COVERED UNDER GUARANTEE

Wear and tear on the case, band, glass, crown, pushers and plating.

Water damage when it is not clearly designated on the case back or dial as a suitable watch.

Avoid contact with perfumes, sprays and chemicals.

WATER RESISTANCE MARKING

No markings – NOT suitable for contact with water.
50m or 100m – Suitable for light swimming.

Please Note : Do not wear your watch in a shower or hot bath.
